Get reminded about deadlines only
Just confirm the date the AI found. Three levels of how loudly to tell you.
When something you saved contains a booking or a deadline, the date and time have already been found. Open the item, tap Set a reminder, and that date is filled in for you.
Pre-filled with the date the AI found. Change it freely. — if it is wrong, fix the date and time right there. Leave the time unset and it becomes 9:00.
Choose how you are told
Notification style offers three levels.
- Quiet — no sound; it waits in Notification Center
- Standard — the usual notification, with sound and a banner
- Prominent — breaks through Focus and stands out on the Lock Screen
Set it per item, to match how much the deadline actually matters.
See them all together
View scheduled & past notifications opens Notifications, where what is coming and what has already arrived are listed. If something is close to its deadline and has no reminder set, Home says so too.
Note that reminders cannot be set on hidden items. Unhide the item first.
